Fortis Soccer Training is designed to help athletes improve their game performance, not simply metrics taken in the weight room. Speed, quickness, explosiveness, agility, and strength that translates onto the field and improves a player’s ability to manipulate the game are the goals of our training program. To do so, have our soccer players perform timed and resisted sprints, plyometrics, agility work, core rotation and anti-rotation training, knee and hamstring prehab, etc.
