Goalie Specific Training
What we offer?
Goalie Specific Dryland Training: this training is meant to complement a broader strength and conditioning program. Our goalie specific workouts focus on hand/eye coordination, balance, stability, mobility, and sport specific movements.
Goalie Private On-Ice Training: skate with us at developmental ice in Eden Prairie or Edina Ice Rinks in the mornings and work on your technique with a private goalie coach.
Goalie Video Analysis: want to go over film with us? Send us your video and we’ll set up a virtual ZOOM or SKYPE meeting to review.
