Hockey specific assisted stretch: These training sessions are designed to help athletes improve their range of motion, assess and correct muscle asymmetries, boost the recovery process, and reduce injury risk.

30 minutes – $50
60 minutes – $100
During 30-minute sessions, the athlete goes through a variety of assisted stretches. In the 60-minute session, muscle release is also incorporated into the session.
