MSA Fortis is an off-season club soccer program pilot designed to help keep multi-sport athletes (MSA) engaged in the game of soccer at a stage in a student athlete’s life when training becomes more time intensive and MSA athletes are often forced to opt out of more competitive soccer teams. Our first team will be a girls 2006-2008 birth years and will play in the 2006 birth year.
WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE
1) Give multi-sport athletes an opportunity to continue to play a sport they love without the ever-increasing pressure to specialize in soccer.
2) Provide flexible training options and times that are MSA-friendly.
3) Provide quality coaching and game experience while keeping costs reasonable.
