All the teams participating in the Fortis Performance Training get two training sessions per week. The older teams train 1x per week on the turf and 1x per week at our gym. The younger teams train 2x per week.
In addition to the 2x per week training, MU athletes have other options for enhancing their training experience with Fortis. Below are those options:
Training Member Program @ Champions Hall
This program runs Monday-Thursday 130-5pm (many athletes in high school get out of school early and the early 130pm start is for those athletes) and Saturday 10-12pm. Our normal rate is $20 per workout but MU athletes can purchase a 10 pack of workouts for $150. Our Training Member Program (TMP) allows athletes to come train anytime during the hours listed. They each receive a profile on our end to train their training and progress. Fortis trainers provide athletes in TMP with their workout and guide them throughout the workout. This program is designed for athletes that have some training experience.
Private or Small Group Training @ Richfield Gym or Champions Hall
If your athlete or a group of friends would like to train on a consistent basis with us, we can set up recurring weekly private or small group training sessions. Private training costs $60 and the addition of each athlete lowers the cost per athlete for the hour.
