BSM Girls Fall Training Program 2026

The BSM Girls Fall Training program consists of 23 on-ice skates. These skates will continue to build upon our summer training and skills program!

Options:
-Full: All skates
-Part time: All Sunday sessions

Schedule: 9/8-10/29

Days/Times:
Tuesday/Thursday 3:45-4:45pm | Sept 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 | Oct 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29
Sundays: 6:45-7:45pm | Sept 13, 20, 27 | Oct 4, 11, 18, 25

Location: St. Louis Park Rec Center

Training Member Program Optional Add-On: Train at Fortis every day after school between the hours of 1:30-5pm Monday-Friday. Each athlete gets their own workout to go throughout preseason training program which consists of upper, lower, speed work, core training, testing, and mobility and recovery modules. Total cost for fall is $295.
