College Winter Lacrosse Training

The Fortis Lacrosse training program is Monday-Thursday and Saturdays from December 18th – January 15th. Stay in shape and hone in your lacrosse specific skills while your home. Lacrosse skills work will be tailored toward the needs of the athletes and will include shooting, passing, stick work, and agility. This training session is for college level athletes and is open to college committed HS players.
Cost: The minimum cost for the month is $250. Each lacrosse training + workout session is $50. The workouts only are $20. We will track attendance and you will receive an invoice for any pro-rated amount above $250. Please note: it is your athlete’s responsibility to attend at least 5 full lax training + workout days.
Monday-Thursday: 10:00-11:00am – lacrosse specific training, 11:00-12:00pm workouts
Saturday: 10:00-11:00am (workout only).
