Female Strength Training – Fall 2021
Our female strength training group trains for six weeks from 5-5:50pm. The focus during these training sessions is teaching our athletes proper training techniques. Training methods include body weight work like TRX Suspension training, calisthenics, core training, and basic weight lifting.
Dates: August 31st (testing and training overview + short workout). Training: September 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30 | October 5, 7, 12, 14
