Female Strength Training – Spring 2020
Female Strength Training Group
Work on your athleticism and strength in a small group setting with other awesome female athletes! This group will train together from March-May.
Given everyone’s busy schedules, we are going to have workouts at the gym and assigned workouts through our CoachMePlus app given to all athletes, with tracking so we can see who is completing the workouts. There will be 2 workouts per week in person at the gym and the female athletes will be given 2 workouts through our app to complete on their own on different days throughout the week. All athletes will get on the app during the first week of training.
In March, we will meet right after school at 3pm and on Saturdays at 12pm. In April and May training will take place on Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturday mornings at 11am.
