Fortis Leaders Curriculum

These Fortis Leaders curriculum booklets are a great way to saturate the youth sports experience with leadership and character development training! Each booklet consists of four main parts:

• Quick Hit Leadership Lessons: 5-minute lessons that you can teach your athletes before or after practice.
• Behavioral Expectations: provides coaches with a guide to their player and parent meetings to discuss the behaviors they expect from their athletes.
• Leadership Tasks: A list of tasks that coaches delegate to their athletes to help them take ownership and responsibility for the team.
• Team Building Activities: Quick team building activities that coaches can do at the field or arena with their players.

We have unique curriculum for grades 4-9th!
