Fortis x Crown of Thorns Academy Athletes – Hockey Training Program

This program is for Crown of Thorns Academy Hockey Players that want to train around their school schedule at the Victoria Rec Center. Each on-ice session will focus on individual skill development and small area games. The dryland training will consist of a wide range of exercises and drills to help build a foundation for long-term athletic development.

Wednesdays 8-9am (Skate only)

Fridays 9-10am Skate + 10:15-11:15am Gym Training
