High School Athleticism Training
With schools moving to hybrid, we are offering a hybrid training model to maximize flexibility for our athletes and give them as many training options as possible. Athletes will have access to 30,000 SQF of turf and our 4,000 SQF gym – allowing us to maximize space between athletes.
Dates: September 1st – October 30. Monday-Thursday. No training on Fridays. No training Labor Day September 7th.
Times: 1pm or 4pm workout slots. Each workout lasts roughly 1 hr but can take longer.
