Holy Angels Girls Offseason Training Program

The Holy Angels Offseason Training Program includes our traditional summer training program at Richfield Ice Arena with optional add-ons. Please see each program description below. Our Fortis Gym is located inside Champions Hall at 7000 Washington Ave South Eden Prairie, MN 55344. All skates with the summer program will be held at Richfield Ice Arena.
Holy Angels Summer Program
Monday/Wednesdays: 8:15-9:15am Skate at Richfield, 9:45-10:45am Workout at Fortis Gym
Fridays: 8:30-9:30am Workout at Fortis Gym

Summer Tuesday/Thursday Add-On Workouts
Tuesday/Thursdays: 2:30-4:30pm
Dates: June 13th-July 27th, No workouts week of July 4th
**Drop in anytime between 230-430pm. We get your athlete an individualized workout and help them through it, while supervising others doing their workouts as well.
Spring Training Member Program
Monday-Thursday 3-5pm, Saturdays 10-12pm
Months: April/May
Location: Fortis Gym
**Come during the above hours, receive an individual training program, and our staff helps throughout the entire time with testing, determining what weight an athlete needs, etc.
HS Girls Varsity Prep Complete Athlete Program
If you’re interested in training with us in our flagship offseason program, we train April-August in our HS Girls Varsity Prep Complete Athlete program. If you’re interested, please apply
HERE. Note: we train Tuesday/Thursdays at SLP in the summer and so do not conflict with the summer girls STP program. If you would like to register for this program, do not sign up for the additional spring training member program or summer Tues/Thurs sessions.
