Homeschool Speed and Strength Training
We are putting together a Homeschool group of boys and girls in grades 6th-12th that want to work on speed, quickness, and strength. Training will consist of timed sprints, plyometrics (jumps), and at first, largely body weight resistance training. Over time, we will incorporate additional resistance and teach the basics of weight lifting.
We are starting our first month session for December. We will train on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1:30-2:30pm. Dates will be December 7, 14, 21, and 28 (Wednesdays) or December 8, 15, 22, and 29 (Thursdays). You are paying for four sessions. If one week you need to attend the other day session you may do that.
