Overspeed Fridays – Summer 2024

Join us for Overspeed on Friday mornings at SLP. This camp focuses on building speed through the simple concept Jack Blatherwick made popular – sprint as fast as you possibly can, edging past your comfort zone, do so with a variety of different patterns and with as well as without the puck, and then rest sufficiently so you can do it again.

This camp is designed for high school, junior, and college hockey players.
