Vital Fall 2020 Small Group
Train with Fortis this fall at Champions Hall. There are four different sessions. You can use the other days as make-up sessions if you miss your originally scheduled day.
When: August 31st – October 8th (no training Monday September 7th)
Time: 6:00-6:50pm or 7:10-8:00pm.
Training Emphasis: We focus on building athleticism to help improve performance in volleyball. This means we place a major emphasis on improving vertical jump, lowering ground contact times, quick feet and agility work, shoulder rotator cuff strengthening, and core work.
