Volleyball Small Group Training 2022
Train to increase your vertical jump, explosiveness, and full body strength in our Volleyball small group training! This program includes 2 training sessions per week on Tuesday and Thursdays, either before or after your Vital practice.
Dates: 11/15-12/29, Tuesdays and Thursdays. *No workout on Thanksgiving Day.
Times: 6:15-7:00pm, 7:30-8:15pm
**Make up times available after school on Monday/Wednesdays. Just ask Coach Basia about these if you need some make-up times throughout the session.
