Volleyball Strength Training – Fall 2022
Our volleyball strength training hour includes weight training, TRX body weight exercises, plyometrics (jumps), and core training. Lead coach Basia Drilling, a registered sports dietician and Fortis gym operations lead, will run this program.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 6 – October 27. **Make up workouts available if you have to miss some days.
Location: Fortis Gym inside Champions Hall
