Volleyball Strength Training – Fall 2023
Our volleyball strength training hour is the perfect opportunity to increase strength, speed and agility with other volleyball players. Sessions include weight training, TRX body weight exercises, plyometrics (jumps), core training and more. Lead coach Basia Drilling, a registered sports dietitian and Fortis gym operations lead, will run this program.
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays from September 6th – October 26th.
