We are incredibly excited for the Roosevelt HS Summer Training Program. This program, put on in partnership with Roosevelt HS and Fortis, aims to provide the best sports performance programming for all Roosevelt athletes. Throughout the five week summer program, athletes will engage in a variety of training modules to include sprint and agility training, body weight and core training, weight lifting, plyometrics, and prehab. There are a variety of different training groups. Below is an outline of the various groups. Ideally, your athlete participates with one of the teams they play on, but if your schedule does not allow for that, you may sign up for a different group.
