The Sports Training Academy (STA) Program consists of deliberate training – sprints, agility, plyometric, core, and resistance training – as well as a small area game approach with a variety of sports (soccer, spike ball, etc).
Program Dates: Session 1 is September 21st – October 16th. Session 2 is October 19th – November 13th. Programming available Monday-Friday.
Time: 12:00-3:00pm
Where: Champions Hall – big turf, restaurant, courts, and facilities.
This camp is for 5th-9th grade male and female athletes. Athletes will be placed into pods of equivalent age.
