Stephanie Cossette

Stephanie Cossette brings over a decade of experience working with youth hockey associations both in a board role and as a consultant. She spent two years working as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture where she helped organizations and government groups navigate and adapt to changes in leadership, business processes, technology and company culture. She then transitioned to a role at Ameriprise Financial where she spent 10 years leading their Licensing Compliance organization. She attended college at the University of St. Thomas where she majored in Operations Management and Speech Communications. She went on to complete her masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Augsburg College.
