Individualized Training Plans
We put together individual training plans based on each athlete’s specific needs. Our plans take into account an athletes training history, sport, age, goals, and schedule. Each day, we assess how are athletes are feeling and are able to adjust if they are not fully recovered or have sustained an injury the previous weekend.
Testing and Monitoring
We use state of the art lasers to test athlete’s on their 20 yard dash and vertical jump mats to measure explosiveness. In addition, we test a variety of other metrics depending on the athlete’s sport – broad jump, pull ups, push ups, etc. These results are then stored in our system.
Schedule Flexibility
Consistency is the number one predictor of success. To help our athletes in this program get their workouts and training in, despite busy schedules, we have numerous hours available throughout the week when they can drop in and get a workout.
